A man arrested for trespassing on Taylor Swift's Nashville property earlier this month will skate -- KHQ has learned all criminal trespassing charges against the man were dropped.

After Jessica Simpson announced the worst-kept pregnancy secret in Hollywood on Christmas morning with a tweet featuring 7-month-old daughter Maxwell Drew and the words “big sis,” Weight Watchers quickly scrambled to publicly make nice with the former reality star. But they also stressed the fact that Simpson is, indeed, still under contract to shed her baby weight. It was rumored company execs were furious about her second pregnancy in the midst of her $4 million deal with them. But Weight Watchers solved that problem, confirming  that Simpson will still work on the “Expect Amazing” campaign after she gives birth to baby number two next summer. In other words, she’s not getting out of this one.

Just days after the Season 2 finale of "The X Factor" comes word that Britney Spears is getting the ax as a judge after just one season. According to Us Weekly, Cowell is close to canning Spears because he doesn't feel she's earned her $15-million paycheck. "He wanted crazy Britney, but he got boring Britney," Us Weekly quoted an unnamed insider as saying.

 Kate Winslet has tied the knot again in New York earlier this month. The private ceremony was attended by Winslet's two children as well as a few friends and family members, her representative said Thursday. The couple had been engaged since last summer.
