RUSSELL BRAND reportedly handed his friends wads of cash . . . so they could help the homeless. Russell apparently helps out the homeless in L.A. a lot, but he's going to be in Australia over the holidays. So he gave his friends money so they could take care of him while he's gone.
L.A. REID will not be back for Season Three of "X Factor". He insists there's no drama . . . he just needs to get back to his other job, as the chairman and CEO of Epic Records. He says he might return in the future . . . but in the meantime, he'd like to see JON BON JOVI take his place.
When the Grammy nominations were announced last week, JUSTIN BIEBER was completely ignored . . and that BUMMED HIM OUT. But he's not sweating it. In an interview on today's "Ellen", Justin says, quote, "I was looking forward to [possible Grammy nominations], but I know it will happen one day. I'm so young, I'm only 18. I'm just blessed to be able to do what I love every day."

This hits home for me, since I'm from Toledo and I know quite a few people have moved up here from there BUT Cops filmed in Toledo awhile back, that episode is airing tomorrow night on Fox.
