I've been seeing a ton about this in the last 2 days. The New England Journal finds that the Mediterranean diet can prevent heart attacks, strokes and deaths from heart disease. It's a diet rich in olive oil, nuts, beans, fish, fruits and vegetables. Sounds like you could lose some weight on this if you mix some exercise into it. Read more about it here...
