JUSTIN BIEBER is accused of assaulting a woman . . . with a NERF GUN. It happened before a gig in Ottawa. Justin and his brother and sister were having a Nerf gun fight, and a female employee of the arena got hit with a dart. She called police, who are investigating for some reason.
76-year-old legend BURT REYNOLDS was hospitalized last week with the flu. It was so bad that he was originally put in ICU. But by Saturday he'd recovered enough to be moved to a regular room.
Nine African American, former "American Idol" rejects from various seasons have banded together to accuse the show of racism, and they're planning to sue. Their lawyer accuses "Idol" of engaging in a, quote, "cruel and inhumane" scheme to exploit and humiliate black contestants for ratings. "Idol" says that's bogus.
