Paul Walker is dead after a tragic car accident this weekend killed both the actor and his friend / business partner, Roger Rodas.
Walker was a passenger in the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT that reportedly crashed into a pole and exploded into flames in Santa Clarita, California. Speed was a factor in the crash.
The Fast and Furious star founded a disaster relief passion project / organization, Reach Out Worldwide, and spent his final hours at a charity event for the organization making an impact and a difference. The actor was "so happy," Bill Townsend, who was with Paul the day of his death, told E! News. "He was there at the event and had managed to raise thousands and so many people had brought toys. It was a great day for him. He was so overwhelmed to have so much support." The actor's legacy will live on through his inspirational organization that has and will continue to help countless people around the world.
The actor was in the middle of filming Fast and Furious 7and sources reveal production is delayed, but will go on. Walker's latest Hurricane Katrina-drama inspired film, Hours, is still set to release December 13th as planned, according to the film's producers.
