The Scream in Wolverine!

Northern Michigan Haunted HouseScream in Wolverine is Northern Michigan’s premier haunted attraction, and is home to Kurt & Burt’s House of Horror, The Swamp of Terror, and the Crazed Clown Convention. Scream in Wolverine draws visitors from all around Central and Northern Michigan.

2013 Scream in Wolverine dates are every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in October and November 1st & 2nd.

Nightmare at Challenge Mountain
Attractions include the Grimm Forest, Grateful Dead Graveyard, Deadly Witches Cottage, Haunted Forest, Dragon Room, Haunted Basement and more, Boyne Falls. Every Friday and Saturday in October, 7-10 pm.

Fort Fright Night
A haunted habitat where werewolves, witches, and other legendary characters roam, Colonial Michilimackinac, Mackinaw City.
October 11th - 12th, 2013
Michilimackinac turns into "Fort Fright".
On October 11th and 12th; Colonial Michilimackinac will be transformed into a haunted habitat where werewolves, witches, and other legendary characters roam.

French voyageurs tell eerie tales by campfire as you pass down the trail of lantern lights.  Werewolves howl over the palisade fort as you enter the gate patrolled by skeleton Redcoats.  Get goodies from colonial fireplaces, hear spooky stories and if you’re a brave soul, enter the haunted rowhouse.
Experience Michilimackinac at night like you never have before.  Time: 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. both nights.  Last admission is at 8:30 p.m.  Information is available at 231-436-4100 or on the web at Mackinac State Historic Parks.  Admission is $18 for families, $6 for adults, $3 for youth (ages: 5-17), and children age 4 & under are FREE.  Children will receive treat bags, sponsored by PNC Bank.

Triple Fright Night
Heritage Village in conjunction with Emmet County and the Lion’s Club will sponsor the "5th annual Triple Fright Night" on October 26 between 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.  Enjoy trick or treating at Heritage Village and a Haunted Lighthouse at McGulpin Point.  Take a trolley ride down to the Headlands for star watching and stories of the night sky.   All three events are free and fun-filled family entertainment.  Everyone is invited and no reservations are needed.   Join us in your costume or come as you are, ready to have some family fun.

Tee Lake Halloween
September 27-November 2, Dusk Drive-Thru Haunt, a FREE, family friendly, self-guided tour thru haunted displays. Tune your car radio to their spooky station to hear creepy music. No monsters will jump out at you.

Trick or Treating Fun

Petoskey Saturday, October 26, downtown Petoskey celebrates with a parade at 10am and trick or treating through the downtown until noon. Halloween night trick or treating throughout Petoskey takes place from 6-8pm.

Bay Harbor Trunk or treating, Halloween from 4-5pm.

Boyne City A parade at 4:30pm on Halloween followed by trick or treating.

Charlevoix Trick or treating from 6-8pm on Halloween.

Harbor Springs A parade at 1pm, trunk or treat party at the SK8 park 3-8pm, with trick or treating from 6-8pm on Halloween.

Mackinaw City Throughout Mackinaw City, 6-8pm on Halloween and at Heritage Village 6-8pm October 26.

Mackinac Island Trick or Treating downtown will start at 4pm on Saturday, October 26
