"The Hunger Games" dominated the "People's Choice Awards" last night. It won FIVE trophies, including Favorite Movie of the Year. KATY PERRY won four categories, and SANDRA BULLOCK was given the first ever "Favorite Humanitarian" award for her work in New Orleans.
KATHERINE WEBB doesn't think BRENT MUSBURGER went too far when he singled her out for her hotness during the BCS title game on Monday. In fact, she was FLATTERED by it. She even thinks the media's been too hard on Brent. As for ESPN's apology, she says, quote, "I don't think it was needed, honestly. Of course, I appreciate it, but at the same time, I don't think that I needed an apology."
ROSIE O'DONNELL and her wife Michelle Rounds have a new baby girl. Rosie Tweeted a picture of the three of them, along with the caption, "we r thrilled to announce the arrival of r daughter Dakota – #withloveandthanks – AMEN."

On JIMMY KIMMEL'S first night in his new timeslot, he beat his idol DAVID LETTERMAN . . . but wasn't able to outdraw his enemy JAY LENO. Kimmel had about 200,000 more viewers than Letterman on Tuesday night, but roughly 200,000 less than Leno.
BEYONCÉ has been chosen to sing the National Anthem at PRESIDENT OBAMA'S second inauguration ceremony on Monday, January 21st. Apparently, that means they decided against asking ARETHA FRANKLIN to bring her MAGNIFICENT HAT back for an encore of its performance at Obama's first inauguration.
