The Livestrong Foundation issued a statement yesterday saying, quote, "We expect [LANCE ARMSTRONG] to be completely truthful and forthcoming in his interview and with all of us in the cancer community. We expect we will have more to say at that time. Regardless, we are charting a strong, independent course forward that is focused on helping people overcome financial, emotional and physical challenges related to cancer."
Former "Diff'rent Strokes" star CONRAD BAIN died of natural causes on Monday. He was 89. He played Phillip Drummond on "Diff'rent Strokes", and before that, he was Dr. Arthur Harmon, the neighbor guy on "Maude".
Tonight on TV: "Oprah's Next Chapter" . . . 9:00 to 10:30 P.M. on OWN. Lance Armstrong admits to using performance enhancing drugs. The second part airs tomorrow.

Here are three new things to worry about. New studies have shown that the average tanning bed is TWICE as strong as the afternoon sun . . . the number of ER trips because of energy drinks has doubled since 2007 . . . and only 9% of drivers have all the necessary emergency equipment you should have in the winter, like a first-aid kit and a blanket.
