Around Northern Michigan
Remember the woman from Utah who was looking for her birth mother in Traverse City a few months ago? She found her! Check out the story from UpNorthLive!
If you have yet to see “12 Years a Slave,” it's showing now at the State Theatre in Traverse City, looks like a cool movie to see in a theater like the State. Also, “Moulin Rouge” is showing tomorrow at 11:20p for the State's Friday Night Flicks. Check out their line-up.
What's Up in Entertainment
Remember the story yesterday about Tom Cruise comparing his job to a soldier fighting in Afghanistan? Mark Wahlberg had words to go along with that, “For somebody to sit there and say my job was a difficult as being in the military? How (effing) dare you, while you sit in a makeup chair for two hours.” Mark's rep is saying that he wasn't referencing Tom.
And now and ESPN Documentary on “Space Jam” as if it was a real game, this is cool.
Two types of videos that are awesome! When military parents surprise their kids and when they come home to their pets. Check this one out, awwww.
