UPDATE 3/4/12 From the Red Cross: If you're still without power

Update: Red Cross has set up an Operational Head Quarters at the US Coast Guard Base (due to having no power at the chapter office) and will be receiving nearly 20 ARC (American Red Cross) volunteers from our Regional Office in support of local efforts, as well as two Emergency Response Vehicles (ERV). Sheltering continues, so if you need a safe warm place to go, please check out the list of active shelters on our facebook page below. Call 231-735-8384 prior to going to any shelter location - as we assess damages, shelters may be consolidated for optimal use of resources and the benefit of those we serve.
