BRONSON PELLETIER . . . who played a werewolf named Jared in the "Twilight" movies . . . has been arrested TWICE this month. Monday, he was arrested for public intoxication at Los Angeles International Airport when he URINATED by the gate after he was removed from a plane. And on December 8th, he was popped for possession of coke and meth, after causing trouble at a West Hollywood bar.
Hitfix.com has released a list of The Top 10 TV Shows of 2012. To make it, they had several dozen TV critics list their Top 10 shows of the year . . . and they used those responses to create a final, master ranking. Only ONE of the Top 10 shows airs on a major, broadcast network. That's NBC's "Parks and Recreation". The Top Seven are on CABLE . . . and the remaining two are BRITISH shows.

NBC News' chief foreign correspondent RICHARD ENGEL is safe, after he and his team were kidnapped and held hostage in Syria. After a few days, they were able to escape during a GUNFIGHT between the kidnappers and the Syrian rebels. Richard was on the "Today" show yesterday to talk about the experience.

Random Stuff
On Monday, Instagram changed its Terms of Service and basically said if you use Instagram, they can use your photos in ads and SELL YOUR PHOTOS without giving you anything. And people freaked out. So yesterday, they backpedaled a little, and said they will NOT be selling your photos. But the damage may already be done.
On Monday night, a 19-year-old in Georgia and his girlfriend were playing STRIP BEER PONG. He lost, and stripped naked. And then, naturally, they started having a political debate. It got heated, his girlfriend slapped him, and he pushed her into a door. The cops came, found him still naked, and he was arrested.
