Did you know Michigan loses $8 MILLION every year giving people 10 cents for cans and bottles they purchased out of state.  So now we're considering a bill that would give JAIL TIME to people who even ATTEMPT to return out-of-state bottles and cans.  And if you get caught with more than 10,000, you could get FIVE YEARS in prison. Boom! Ohio and Indiana!
