Tim Nixon stopped by the Terrace Inn in Bayview to meet their new
Chef Dennis. With a menu that will please everyone, Tim decided to try
one of Dennis' specialties, Chicken Piccata.
Many people do not realize that the Terrace Inn is open to the public
and that they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant has a
full bar with an extensive wine, beer and cocktail menu. Michigan wines
and beers are included, as well as seasonal specials. Two outdoor dining
terraces and one indoor dining room (spacious, elegant and air
conditioned) allow individuals and groups to be accommodated. Chef
Dennis creates everything in-house from sauces to salad dressings to
scrumptious desserts. Ingredients are fresh from the market, grass fed
beef from the ranch, oil and vinegars from Fustini's downtown, and herbs
from our own garden. Every dish is fresh and cooked to order.
