Gas Car Ban Update
Nick is joined by Will Hupman, the Vice President of Downstream Policy at the American Petroleum Institute. There is currently a rule that allows thirteen states, led by California, to essentially ban gas-powered cars. The House has recently rescinded the rule, and now we wait on the Senate’s decision.
