In this special interview, Nick spoke with Ian Murphy, owner of the Iron Pig Smokehouse in Gaylord. The restaurant has been in legal battles with the State of Michigan (Whitmer and the Health Department) over Murhpy’s decision to remain open during the pandemic. Some good news as both the Health Department and Liquor Commission have backed off Appeals and further action. But Ian is not through with the State and is suing them for damages.
