My girlfriend and I, along with some friends, took a trip yesterday to the Shorts Pull Barn in Elk Rapids for some afternoon drinks and grub. Just so happens, they were getting ready to start a tour and we totally jumped on board. As a fan not only of just craft brew, but a lot of Shorts beers, I was super excited to check out the process. We got to see where they bring everything in, from the mashing, to the boiling, all the way to bottling and canning. We even got a sneak peek at some stellar upcoming brews. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, definitely stop by the production facility for your chance to take a tour.
