I don’t think I’m alone in saying I love the convenience of takeout. Heck, last night, I didn’t want to make myself something. So instead, as I was leaving the radio station, I called up and ordered some Thai takeout. I always tell myself that I’m going to portion it out and have half for dinner, and half for lunch the next day, but who am I kidding. I eat it all. Here are hopefully some helpful tips for the next time you get takeout and still want to be healthy.
